Plastic Pallet Takeout Robot Project in the Philippines
HecosTech completed the installation and commissioning of a pallet takeout robot for an injection molding production line in the Philippines. The system is used for automatic removal and handling of injection molded plastic pallets after the molding cycle.
For large injection molded products such as plastic pallets, the robot configuration must match the injection molding machine, mold, product dimensions, required travel and actual handling process. The EOAT and robot motion are therefore configured according to the specific production requirements.
Installation and Commissioning for Plastic Pallet Production
For this project, HecosTech configured the takeout robot according to the customer’s injection molding machine, mold and plastic pallet handling requirements. The robot and EOAT were adjusted to match the actual production process before the system was put into operation.
After commissioning, the robot works with the injection molding production line to remove the molded pallet from the mold area and transfer it according to the required handling sequence.

Automatic Takeout for Injection Molded Plastic Pallets
The takeout robot removes the molded plastic pallet from the injection mold and transfers it according to the required handling sequence. Robot travel, motion and customized EOAT can be configured according to the pallet structure, mold layout and injection molding machine.
Automatic takeout reduces the need for manual handling around the injection molding machine and supports a more consistent handling process for large molded plastic products.
