CUSTOM MOLDED COMPONENTS

Custom Plastic Parts

HecosTech supplies custom injection-molded plastic components from an agreed drawing or sample. Order finished parts with the material, fit, appearance and quantity your application needs; tooling and decoration are scoped separately where required.

Custom Molded Components

Specify enclosures, brackets, covers and other molded components around their function, mating features and material requirements. We scope finished-part supply separately from tooling or automation equipment.

Custom Plastic Packaging

For cups, tubs, lids, pails and decorated containers, compare packaging formats, closure fit and artwork requirements. The packaging page separates plain molded formats from IML decoration and sample approval.

Finished-Part Options & Order Conditions

Component and Use

Each order is tied to the agreed component and revision. Matching lids, closures or mating parts are identified separately in the supply scope.

Material Requirement

Resin selection follows the intended use and material-performance requirements. Any application-specific documentation is confirmed before material approval.

Fit and Appearance

Critical dimensions and mating features define functional fit. Color, texture and decoration follow the approved appearance reference.

Quantity and Variants

Initial quantities, repeat demand and size, color or artwork variants define the order plan. Additional variants are reviewed as changes to the agreed product.

Existing Tooling

A new tool or an existing customer-owned mold can be considered for the parts order. Suitability, use, maintenance and transfer are agreed separately from component pricing.

Acceptance and Delivery

Sample approval defines the product revision and variants released for supply. Packing, destination and required records are agreed with the order; delivery timing is confirmed for the project.

Make the Approval Reference Specific

Material and Intended Use

Identify the resin requirement and operating or packaging conditions. Confirm any necessary material documentation or application-specific assessment.

Color and Decoration

Provide the color, texture and artwork references. For IML, distinguish the graphic proof from the decorated molded sample and state what each approval covers.

Dimensions and Functional Fit

Define the features to measure and the mating components needed for review. Record the sample revision, agreed checks and unresolved findings before approval.

Custom Plastic Parts Questions

Clarify the product definition, order conditions and approval scope before comparing finished-component proposals.

Can I start from a sample instead of a complete drawing?

Yes. Send the available sample references and explain the intended use. Identify any dimensions, material, mating features or appearance requirements still missing so the review can establish a clear product definition.

No single public commitment applies to every design. Share the initial quantity, repeat demand, variants and requested timing. Material, tooling, sample review and supply scope need to be considered before the order terms are confirmed.

Provide the mold information, ownership details and available product references. Its suitability, condition and any transfer or production arrangements require review. An existing mold does not automatically establish that it can be used unchanged.

No. Artwork approval covers the agreed graphic reference. The molded component also needs the relevant dimensional, appearance and functional review. State which sample and revision are approved and what remains unresolved.

Tell Us What You Need to Receive

Send a drawing or sample, intended use, material, quantity and critical fit or appearance requirements. Tell us whether tooling exists and which sample checks are needed.
